A Prayer of Warfare

and Protection

Heavenly Father, I come before you in praise and adoration, because You are God, and I love You. I know that apart from You, I am nothing and can do nothing, but that I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Your Word says that unless You build the house, I labor in vain trying to build it, and unless You guard the city, the watchman stays awake in vain. Father, I ask You to build the house and guard the city I am bringing before You in this time of prayer.

Your Word also says, for this purpose was the Son of God manifest, to destroy the works of the evil one (I John 3:8). No principality and no power can stand before You, my God, for You made a show of them openly triumphing over them (Colossians 2:15).

By faith in You, I bind myself to Your Word that says because I am born of You I am victorious and overcome through the blood of Jesus and the word of my testimony. Your Word says that the weapons of my warfare are not carnal, but mighty through You, Lord God, to the pulling down of strongholds, the casting down of imaginations and every high thing which exalts itself against the knowledge of God (2 Cor. 10:4, 5). I take my place in Your army Lord, trusting as I pray that it is not by might, nor by power, but by Your Spirit that the enemy is defeated and cast down. I ask, Father, in Jesus’ name, for Your Holy Spirit to anoint this time of prayer, and break every yoke, loose the bonds of wickedness and let the oppressed go free. I thank You Father, for giving us the victory through Jesus Christ, our Lord.

If You, Lord, should keep account and treat us according to our sins, who could stand? But there is forgiveness with You, that You may be feared and worshiped (Ps. 130:3-4). I thank You that Jesus was wounded for my transgressions, bruised by my iniquities, the chastisement of my peace was upon Him and by His stripes I am healed (Is. 53:5). I confess and renounce my sins and the sins of my ancestors, as did Nehemiah, specifically the sins of unbelief, pride, rebellion, idolatry, jealousy, bitterness, heaviness and perversion. I ask You to restore all that the locust has eaten because of these sins.

I thank You that this is started as I, by faith in You and Your Word, apply the blood of Jesus and the curse that Jesus became for me by hanging on a tree (Gal. 3:13) to every curse that has come against me because of these sins. I cover every atom of my body, soul and spirit with the blood of Jesus Christ that was shed for my redemption from the power of sin and all works of wickedness. I also put the blood of Jesus and Your Word between me, all those I am interceding for (name them), and all curses being sent through occult practitioners, and the idle, judgmental, and all wrong words spoken by any other person. I put the blood of Jesus between us and all satanic seals and prayers, and loose us from all demonic and soulish ties and subjection. I give Jesus Lordship over all our relationships and loose us from all demonic subjection to any living or non-living entities. I cut all ties with our sinful past and heredity, and bind us to our inheritance in Jesus. The only person or power I allow to have control over my life is the Holy Spirit of God. I forbid all demonic perversion of my words, life, and relationships with others.

I loose myself and those I am interceding for from all forms of demonic armor that have been or will be sent against us, especially the helmet of confusion, the breastplate of fear, the belt of lies, the shoes of discouragement and hopelessness, the shield of unbelief and the sword of the flesh. I confess that Jesus is our full armor as I put on the helmet of salvation, the breastplate of righteousness, the belt of truth, the zeal to propagate the Gospel of Peace as our footgear, the shield of faith and the sword of the Holy Spirit, and I confess that we do stand in Your authority against all powers of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means harm us (Luke 10:19). I bring every thought captive to the obedience of Jesus Christ, and whatsoever things are true, honest, just, pure, lovely and of good report, we will think on these things. Father, I ask You to fulfill Your Word and restore our souls according to Psalm 23:3.

In the name of Jesus Christ, my Lord and Savior, by the power of the Holy Spirit, I loose us from all principalities, powers of the air; wickedness in high places, powers, thrones, dominion, world rulers, witches, warlocks, watchers, shaman, strongmen, and doorkeepers over me and all of those I am interceding for, and I thank You, Father, that we are transferred to the Kingdom of the Son of Your Love, Jesus. I loose us according to Matt. 18:18 from the power of all spirits being sent through witchcraft, witchcraft control, mind binding spirits, hexes, vexes, wrappings, voodoo, voodoo icing, mares, ligatures, and retributions. I place the blood of Jesus over our minds, wills, emotions, and flesh and block all the works satan from hitting their target. I cover with the blood of Jesus our sense of sight, smell, taste, touch, and hearing. I cover with the blood of Jesus all the systems of the body, the skeletal, muscular, reproductive, digestive, excretory, endocrine, respiratory, nervous, circulatory, and immune systems and all the vital organs. I put the blood of Jesus between us and any rituals, spells, incantations, bewitchments, enchantments, unholy fasts, sacrifices and offerings being sent against us in any way. I loose us from all the plans, schemes, purposes, and devices of the devil, and bind us to Your perfect will plan and purpose for our lives.

I loose us from all spirits that have been sent against us to block our wills, our finances, our health, our fellowship with God and others, and the anointing of God in our lives. In the name of Jesus Christ, by the power of the Holy Spirit, I pull down all strongholds of mind control, confusion, unbelief, pride, presumption, rebellion, idolatry, covetousness, greed, compromise, anger, complacency, bitterness, resentment, unforgiveness, jealousy, envy, strife, contention, accident, calamity, infirmity, disease, death, destruction, wrath, rancor, rage, fury, child abuse, rejection, unworthiness, paranoia, fears of every kind, unteachableness, lust of the eyes and flesh, perversion, deception, depression, despair, hopelessness, suicide, divorce, separation, worldliness, ease, carnality, control, manipulation, stubbornness, domination, doubt, Jezebel and Ahab, Spirit of Communication, King of the North, Belial, Gog & Magog, Apollyon, angel in the whirlwind, Prometheus, Cerverus, guardian spirits, python, anti-Christ, Luciferian, Baal, Queen of Heaven, Leviathan, and every other religious stronghold. I bind every principality, power, master spirits who rule the present darkness, and all spiritual wickedness in heavenly places for each stronghold named here. I isolate each and every one of these wicked spirits all by themselves, I strip them of their shields and armor, I cut off all their communications with each other, cancel their orders and loose us from their assignments against us. Destroy their schemes and divide their tongues, 0 Lord (Ps. 55:9).

Lord, I ask for Your Holy Spirit to fill us with the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and the fear of the Lord (Is. 11:2). In the name of Jesus, I bind us to faith in You, the one and only true and living God: Father, Son, and Ho1y Spirit. I bind us to the mind of Christ and walking humbly before You, God, in submission and obedience to You and Your Word at all times. I bind us to loving You, Lord God, with all of our hearts, souls, minds, and strength, and loving our neighbors as ourselves. I bind us to the same spirit of forgiveness Jesus modeled for us on the cross when He prayed, “Father, forgive them, for they know not what they do.” I bind us to hope in You, Lord God, in the midst of all our circumstances. I bind us to the Truth – which is You, Lord Jesus – that we may walk in the freedom and peace of God. I bind us to 2 Tim. 1:7 and the power, love, and sound mind, mercy and grace that come only from You, dear Lord (Ps. 139:23-24).

To You, Lord, be all glory, honor, praise, power, might and dominion. In Jesus’ name I pray. Amen.
